The BET Awards are one of the few major awards shows where music, film, TV, sports, fashion, and digital culture all sit in the same room.

That is what makes the agency breakdown behind this year’s nominees so interesting. The nominee pool is not just a list of artists, actors, athletes, and creators, it is a snapshot of how modern entertainment works. Talent no longer sits in one lane, and neither does representation.

We used Booking Agent Info to research the agencies behind this years nominees.

UTA leads our 2026 BET Awards agency breakdown with 24 nominees, edging out CAA at 22.

UTA’s lead is powered by a cross-category mix that includes Cardi B, this year’s most-nominated artist, along with Bad Bunny, Cynthia Erivo, and Anthony Mackie.

CAA is right behind with 22 nominees, and its strength looks just as broad. Its nominee group includes Drake, Damson Idris, Doja Cat, Zendaya, and Ayo Edebiri.

THE·TEAM with 20 nominees, their roster includes Kendrick Lamar, SZA, Sha’Carri Richardson, and Brent Faiyaz.

WME comes in with 17 nominees, but its presence looks different.

Rather than being concentrated in one lane, WME shows up through major names across film, sports, music, and legacy star power, including Teyana Taylor, Bruno Mars, Coco Gauff, Denzel Washington, Michael B. Jordan, Rihanna, Coco Jones, Naomi Osaka, and Quinta Brunson.

That gives WME the most diversified BET Awards footprints in the field.
