The 2025 WNBA Draft is in, and the first round wasn’t just about who went where—it also revealed which agencies are shaping the next wave of the league. We used our sports agent directory to research the agencies behind the players
Leading the way was Wasserman, the only agency to represent three first-round picks. They were behind Paige Bueckers, who went first overall to the Dallas Wings, as well as Sonia Citron to the Mystics and Sarah Ashlee Barker to the Sparks.
No other agency placed more than two players in the round, making Wasserman the most represented name at the top of this year’s draft.
Just behind them was Disrupt The Game, the only other agency with multiple players drafted. They represented Kiki Iriafen, taken fourth by the Mystics, and Aneesah Morrow, who went seventh to the Connecticut Sun.
After that, the round was split evenly among a wide range of agencies, each placing one player. 1st Pick Management represented Ajsa Sivka, who landed with the Chicago Sky at pick ten.
Octagon had Hailey Van Lith, also going to Chicago with the next pick.
The Fam was behind Aziaha James, who closed out the round with her selection by the Dallas Wings.
Sports International Group had Dominique Malonga, selected second by the Seattle Storm.
On Time Agency placed Georgia Amoore with the Mystics at number six, while Gagency Women repped Juste Jocyte, picked fifth by the Golden State Valkyries.
Lift Sports Management reps Saniya Rivers, selected by the Connecticut Sun at #8.
